Refund Policy

We're all about ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you're looking to return or refund an item, hit up our customer service team with your reason for return. All items must be sent back in their original, pristine condition – tags and labels attached, unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.


Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Please contact us for a return shipping address. Please note that you will need to pay for return shipping and ship to the shipping address we provide, we will not provide a shipping label. We are not responsible for the shipping of returned packages.


The following types of quality defects can be returned or exchanged:


  • Heavy stains
  • Zipper failure
  • Torn and damaged
  • Poor material quality
  • Significant difference between the product ordered and the product received


If you experience any of these problems, please provide our customer service staff with your order number and reason for return.


Returns or exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:


  • Items have been received for more than 7 days.
  • The wrong size was ordered due to your own mistake.
  • The item has been used, damaged, engraved or altered.
  • the quality issue is based on a subjective perception of a defective item.


Refunds (if applicable):


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the payment will be returned to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.


If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us promptly before shipping and we will cancel your order and refund you. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
